Keeping your Instagram profile lively and interesting can be accomplished by managing comments well. Here are a few suggested practices.
You can filter comments on Instagram according to specific keywords. This will automatically ban comments that contain certain terms or phrases, and you can filter out offensive or irrelevant remarks.
Go to your profile settings, then “Privacy,” then “Comments,” and enter the words or phrases you wish to filter out so that you can use this tool.
You can disable comments in the post settings for postings where you want to stop people from leaving any comments at all. This is especially helpful for posts that you don’t want to have spammy or bad comments on.
To disable comments, draft your post, select “Advanced Settings” before publishing, and flip the commenting disable option.

Review Tagged Photos and Comments
Regularly check the pictures and remarks in which you are mentioned to make sure they are appropriate. Before images show up in the area of your tagged photograph on Instagram, you can manually approve them.
Click “Photos of You” on your profile, then tap the three dots in the top right corner to manage your tagged photographs. From there, choose “Tagging Options.” You can manually approve tags here.
You may ban or restrict a user if they consistently make inappropriate comments. Your posts, stories, and profile will remain hidden from the person you block.
To ban someone, go to their profile. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Select “Block.” By choosing to limit a user’s comments, you can keep them confidential and hidden. Press the three dots to bring up the user’s profile, then select “Restrict.”
