1. Acceptance of these terms

Thunderclap ("Thunderclap", "we", "us") provides social media growth services across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter / X and LinkedIn. By accessing thunderclap.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request engagement for the account or content you submit.

3. Our services

• We deliver engagement (followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, connections and similar) to the public profile or content URL you provide.
• We never ask for your password. Every service is delivered to public-facing accounts and content and does not require login or account access.
• Delivery typically starts within 30 minutes and is drip-fed over time for a natural growth pattern; larger orders use longer delivery windows.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are shown on each service page and at checkout. We may update pricing and promotions at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• You are responsible for submitting the correct target URL or username. Orders placed against an incorrect, private, or deleted target may not be eligible for a refund (see our Refund Policy).

5. Delivery, refill guarantee and refunds

Every order includes a 30-day refill guarantee: if delivered engagement drops within 30 days, we refill it free. Refunds are available where we fail to deliver an order — full details, eligibility and timelines are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Thunderclap to:

• Order engagement for accounts or content you do not own or control.
• Target content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to defraud, abuse chargebacks, resell our services without authorisation, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.

We may refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including where we believe these terms have been breached.

7. Third-party platforms

Thunderclap is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter / X, LinkedIn or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

8. Intellectual property

The Thunderclap name, logo, site design and content are our property or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not control third-party platform algorithms and cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as reach, sales or permanent retention beyond the refill window. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunderclap is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
